Rick's Dealership Story

Rick's story about being charged $99 per hour or changing exhaust 
donuts - and then being hassled about objecting - includes one 
note which I found especially amusing. 

The Service Mgr. asked him if he was "threatening him with the 
Internet".  MAN, is that the wrong question!!   Rick should have 
pointed out that it wasn't a threat, is was a PROMISE that he 
would splash the story all over the Internet!!

I think we all realize that anymore, it's not a threat, it's a promise - 
to take action, spread the word, and do your best to give the 
dealership a black eye.

I have no regrets or compunction about doing this when my best 
judgement tells me it's warranted.
