Usually, mounting upside down is not a big problem.  Alot depends on the
type of amp and system it is going into. i.e. driving subs,mid,highs of the
same amp.  Same goes for the ohm load limits, with proper (and quality)
xover points you can drive an amp into very low theoretical ohms loads.
