5kcstq battery drain.....STILL

Hey all,

I posted this about four months ago when I got my 86 5kcstq, but I
FINALLY got the car back from the shop today, and the problem is still
not fixed!! The car runs great until you turn it off, then the battery
drains so quickly that the cooling fan "moans" instead of cooling. 
And needless to say, the car will not restart.  The mechanic claims to
have changed the main relay, but I am not sure, I will check this
tomorrow.  I visually inspected the splice under the passenger side
carpet, and it appeared ok, I will test it with a multi meter
tomorrow.  Any suggestions will be GREATLY appreciates because I would
love to be able to keep this car, but as of now I am afraid I will
have to sell it and try again.  The car is beautiful and I hate to
think of parting with it!!  

BTW are the windows supposed to work an hour after turning the car off
if the drivers door is not opened?  I found this while charging the
battery after parking the car.
