more starter

this time when i installed the starter into the 5ksw i found that the top
bolt was made easily accessible by kneeling on the front bumper and leaning
over the engine facing the windshield. in this position i was able to start
the bolt onto the threads and had a good radius for turning the ratchet, so
the job went even more quickly.
