87 4KcsQ Christmas nitemare

First, Happy Holidays!
	Now the bad part. I need the help of the Qlist in a bad way. I'm
hoping someone will read this and say "that poor sucker! That exactly what
happened to me!" and then they can tell me what's wrong and how to fix it.
Here are the symptoms: Very poor idle (sounds like it's missing on the back
two cyl.) All 5 plugs fowled and wet. At first would slowly come out of
problem as engine warmed, now will not go faster that 40-45mph regardless of
temp.
	I'm thinking head gasket but I'm not losing anti-freeze (that I can
tell) and I'm not blowing white out the pipe.
	This ones got me stumped and I really need the help and experience
of the list.
	Also, a while back I inquired about a used passenger side headlight.
I only need the headlight glass, not the marker light or brackets. I
apologize if you contacted me earlier and I seemed to ignore your email.
I've had quite a few ISP problems that have hopefully been overcome and will
not be a factor.
