	Having just removed the pedal cluster, I actually can have some
input here =)

	On the clutch and brake pedal, there is a switch that is normally
closed when the pedals are in the upright position (actually 1 on the clutch
for cruise and 2 on the brake for cruise and brake lights). When you push on
the pedals, the spring on the switch pushes the plunger out, breaking the
connection. By shorting them out, you can see if the switches are at fault.
