Oozing gaskets/"O" Rings in a 93 V8 4.2

Had the car up on a lift today and got the rear control arms replaced.
Decided to take the cover off the base of the engine and take a look around
and well as bring it down and look at the top side. I'm seeing the
following:

*Oozing around the gasket area around the oil pan.
*Oozing from around the "O" rings at the base of the two large silver
braided lines nearest the front of the engine.
*Oozing at the back outer corner of the driver side cam cover.
*Oozing from the the send and return lines of the Pentosin tank where they
crimp at the metal in front of the accessory belt near the bottom. If you
take off the cover and squeeze the crimped area, you can see the fluid
around the edges.

Anyone had some experience with any of this? I figured the top and bottom
gaskets don't look like much horror but the rings and lines might as well
get done when I have the Timing belt change in 10K as I think the clear
space will be necessary.
