1)Lift the door handle
2)wait about 15 seconds
3)try the key again

Lifting the door handle activates the door lock heater function.  You 
-might- have heated locks; it came standard on the 200q20v.  Not sure 
if it was an option or not, not worth a big debate on the list...just 
try it, and if it works, great...if it doesn't, oh well!

Things should get interesting tonight...the northeast is supposed to 
get slammed with an unknown mixture, in an unknown order, of ice, 
sleet, snow, and rain....
