I paid about $30 two years ago.  You may want to try another dealer,  I
hope they haven't gone up that much!  (I want to put my beat up one in
the '85, get new one for the 82 soon...)

Mounted it to the right hand side of the center console, finally put two
bolts in it after twenty months...

there are a pair of photos on my site but I'm not sure how clearly they
show the mounting arrangement.
