wrt the sp8000's, you should bear in mind that this tyre is no longer being
made (so the factory told the tyre guys i deal with).  so your next move is
telegraphed.

bridgestone s02 pp's for the rs2 (replacing the oem sp8000's) @$nz 598 each
for 245/40 17's (discount from $900 per)...
