Wanted: 5000S 5 speed Tranny

I'm looking for an 5 speed transmission for a friend of mine, he has a 1992
5000S and his transmission has bound up, no speedo, cant get it out of gear.
Might not actually dead, so if anyone else has encountered this problem, any
advice would be great.  I know some listers have part cars, and if you have
a good 5 speed please let me know (with price), preferably privately.  His
symptoms are the speedo cable broke, then the shifter was becoming stiff,
then he couldn't get it out of gear at all, flatbed to shop.  Any help
greatly appreciated.
