warm (hot) engine might make it loosen easier - expand the manifold a
bit.  Just don't burn yourself!  You can also spray it with WD-40 or
your choice of corrosion breaker (try ammonia!) a few times over a few
days then try again.

you may have to remove something else if you can't get a socket on there
with various extensions and u-joints.  Drag.
