Here is something funny also.

Met the owner of Shokan at Mt Washington last year.  He told me that they
"bend-over" backwards to help listers and give a good discount. When I
called a week later for a clutch for the 4k they wanted me to "bend-over"
forwards.

I got it from Europarts.
