Centre bearing for prop shaft, BMW pt. no?

Hello everyone,

To cap off breaking two springs on my car my prop shaft centre bearing decided 
to go south on me too! I've found two second hand ones, one for 200 stlg and one
for 250, both at quattro dismantlers in this country. I have a few other leads
to follow up with private sellers in VW/Audi car but wanted to ask what that
fix using the BMW bearing was? I'd rather try that than use a 2nd hand one that
may have covered more miles than the one on my car, especially if it costs me
200 quid (stlg).
