Nope, the "City" lights (not included with my shipment either) are even
smaller than H3; they're just little 4 or 5 watt (?) single contact bayonet
bulbs (e.g., Sylvania 3893 BP at Pep Boys) as used for license plates or
other "marker" applications. They install just below the H4 lamps--assuming
you've got 8"-long fingers and the steady hand of a neurosurgeon. Oh, and
some ability at Braille would help also.
