unless the road is wet, and they bounce up into the oncoming traffic. 
But I'm sure you turn them off then, right?  Actually if they are
diffused widely enough, even then it might not matter.  My friends MB190
comes to mind.

Anyway, I only flash if I'm blinded, which I define as extra lights as
bright in my face (or worse) as the low beams are.  

I only go into convulsions if they flash me back at 2 cycles/sec.

(apologies to any real epileptics out there, no offense I hope.  If the
Andromeda Strain can play, so can I)
