First snow in 86 4KS - new clutch slipping

My 86 4KS FWD with a new clutch has just had its first taste of snow (with me
at the wheel). Handles the snow great, pretty good traction compared to the
other NY drivers on the road. Feels like the clutch is slipping at mid
acceleration. Grabs pretty good though when I put the peddle down. Anyone have
an idea on this one?
