HELP! 5 sp. 2nd gear DEAD!

While shifting from first to second in my '91 V8 5 speed I heard a small
amount of grinding (like the syncro.  It has made noise from time to time
for about 85k miles.), then no second gear.  
    
The '91 T200Q did this but shreaded three gears (warranty replaced the 200's
tranny).  Well, any oppinions on if just the second gear can be replace or
will I have to replace the whole tranny?

The tranny has had fluid changes with RedLine from time to time.  I still
can get it to grind the second gear (syncro?) a little, and am required to
use the clutch to get it into that gear.  But, it won't drive in that gear.

Please, any help would greatly be appreciated.
