Yes, the "What you talking bout? My high beams are off!" flash...
I'm getting close to installing a pair of cheap lights (like DOT
high beams) in below-bumper fog light locations, slightly aimed up and
to the left, with the sole purpose of flashing at people that blind
me with their fogs. Would that work (fog-flash meaning "turn fogs
off" just like high-flash means "turn highs off"), or are people
just too stupid?
