IME, removing the door trim strip destroys it.  It's glued on very well, and
it contains a metal strip that gets bent and cannot easily be rebent to shape.
Additionally, the metal strip tends to rust internally, which causes it to
expand and pull off the door a bit, ruining the trim.  Best bet is the dealer
(try Linda at Carlson Audi, CA).  You can try GPR or thepartsconnection, but
they typically don't carry all the trim parts, etc.
