I would have to disagree with you regarding 10v vs the 20v.  You have to
look at potential for power.  Since it will probably get some mods the 20v
has a large advantage here.  For the same hp the 20v is not stretching as
much as the 10v.

It depends alot on what he wants.  If you want to make it fun but not a
rocket than the 10v 2knock motor is the best.  If you want a supercar put
the 20v in.  My opinion is that if you are going to do the swap go for the
gusto.  After doing it on my 4kq I would do the 20v conversion if I ever did
it again.  Do I regret it, HELL NO.  But I do wish I would have thought it
through and driven a 10v a little more.  The other bonus is the 20 valve
conversion is an easier conversion anyway.

Riding in 400hp 4kq's ruined me.
