This sounds very much like what's happening with my 4KSQ which my
girlfriend is now driving.

It starts extremely hard on cold mornings, and takes 15-20 mins to get
warmed up.  If she tries to drive or give it some gas before it's warmed up
-- it will often stall.  yesterday, I had the car and after driving for 40
mins. I parked to go into the store for 15 mins. When I came out, I started
the car and it stalled 5-6 times.  Finally, I started it and didn't touch
the gas -- and it warmed up for 10 mins. and was eventually fine.

What's wrong?  The plugs are great -- just put them in.  Fuel pump is new.
When warm, the car runs fantastic.

I can't figure it out, and I need to fix it soon..
