my understanding is that even with a full size spare,
one isn't supposed to drive on it for longer than it
takes to get a proper replacement immediately. that's
just what i remember hearing years and years ago, it
could be wrong. but perhaps that's why tinySpares are
so prevalent, to encourage the owner to get that taire
fixed.
