On my 90Q, the little plastic pipe between the nozzles on the hood would
come unattached and fluid got squirted under the hood and not on the
windshield. It seems like the pipe was only just barely long enough and
become a little warped with age, pulling out of the connect. New pipe solved
the problem. YMMV.
