OK, I'm _really_ behind on reading my quattro-mail, but on the off-chance
that this hasn't been answered yet-
H4s are low beam only on twin-bulb headlights (5ktq, 200), H1 or H3 are
high beam only and go in the innermost reflectors.
The city lights go in the _really_ small holes near the H4 (outermost
reflector). They take 4W bulbs, of the T4W type.
Hella part number 8GP 002 067-121, if you can't find any.

Tom:
twin-bulb headlights (5ktq, 200)
H4 are dual filament bulbs; the H4 low beam filament lights up alone as a low
beam, and the H4 high beam filament lights up _together_ with the H3 highbeam
filament on high beams. Flash-to-pass lights up all three filaments. Also,
the "city light" bulb stays on with all others as a marker light; in the USA,
this replaces the side marker light used on the DOT lights.
