That's not good. lines are expensive, and i'd replace the rubber short
hoses with stainless ones.

This isn't hard. Blaufergnugen has good prices, but if you'r going to
replace it, do it right. Aluminized or stainless pipe is the only way
to go. Do it once right and never do it again.

Brakes: At a minimum, new vented drilled rotors, metalic pads, new
lines, hoses, fluid. You could go for dual piston calipers, etc.
Exhaust: Self explanatory, but turbo motors like to breath more,
larger, duals, etc.

As GM says, "This ain't your father's rabbit" drastically different
systems. I wouldn't waste my project hours on this. It would be better
to get a car in better shape, so your investment can be around to
"mature" (or immature more appropriate) and you can enjoy it before
something else fails. Of course, this is only my opinion, wait to read
other opinions on this list. This is a great bunch of people to be in
cahoots with here.
