You can get the sealing grommet/gasket and the clips separately.  Strip
the light, dry it with a hairdryer, and reassemble.

Now comes the good bit.  I did this, and the condensation came back.  I
floated the components on a bath of water overnight, suitably weighted -
no leaks.  I went almost crazy, until I noticed that the plastic back
of the light is actually _TWO_ pieces of plastic thermally formed into
each other.  I sealed this (almost invisible) joint and the problem
went away.

It took months.  Next day but one, a Mini Metro took out the front
corner of the car.
