4000cs quattro Analog clock stopped

My anolog clock in my 4000cs stopped yeasterday and today, yeasterday it was
off about 2 hours when I came out to the car after work, I fixed the time
and thought nothing of it, Today I looked at the clock and noticed that it
said that it was 7:45...... when it was really 9:45, but this time the
second hand was not moving. So did my clock die, or is there a battery
running the clock that went dead?
