Nay. I think 99.9% of passenger cars got wimpy horns. In fact, I've found
I couldn't hear some of them while I'm actually in the car and honking the
horn.

Last year, I got the Hella horn from Griot's. The horn does sound
different. Probably slightly louder, too, as it was advertised... although
I haven't measured how loud it is over the OEM.
