Head & EM Studs Suppliers?

So I'm thinking I'll get off easy with my "Perfect Plan" of
porting/polishing head on my 85' 4kq by doing work to the 84' 4kq head,
then spending the $90 on a gasket set and removing old head then replacing
with new Modified head and I'm on my way after the end of the weekend.
Minimal downtime since I have a spare 4kq head from my Turbo Conversion
Project.  
	Hmmm, then I remember I need to replace all those blasted EM
studs, resurface EM, ANd get new Studs for the HEad.  Do I also need new
studs for Intake Manifold???
	Where is a cheap place to get these?  Should I stick with OEM or
is there anything better out there.  Someone said If I use stronger ones
like ARP or similar then I may strip them out of head instead of breaking
Stud.  I dont think thats good.  What should I do.   How much am I looking
at for Studs.  I dont have a clue.
