CQ - Smell of fuel, hesitation

Well - I've been doing a bit more driving, and my car is starting to
*reek* of gas!

She's getting harder to start up - takes longer to turn over, but it
doesn't seem to be a battery problem. I'm also getting hesitation in
all gears, and a definate lack of willingness to 'go' (Hell - anytime
someone in a 1.6L Acura can blow my doors off is a problem ;>).

Parking this morning, the 'valet' (that's what you get for parking
downtown) pointed out that I'm noticably dripping gas!!!

Since I'm not dripping when the car isn't running, I'd suspect that
there's something going on in/around the fuel pump.

When I got my car (two weeks ago?!), they were supposed to have changed
part of the fuel lines, as well as do a tuneup (including changing the
fuel filter).

Since I'm obliged to go back to the same mechanic, in order to have the
dealer I bought the car from pay for the service, I'd like to have a
*very* good idea of what to ask for/look for. It boggles my mind that
anyone could let a vehicle out of their shop that does *THIS* within
a few hundred kilometers.

Thanks!
