Of corse it will. I thought that it was standard equipment on UrQ.
BTW how about installing a bellow (flex joint) between  cat and straight pipe.
Dylinx recomends it I have it on my UrQ and it eats up alot of pipe flex
instead of sending it to manifold studs.
