I don't have the weight specs in front of me, but I'll guess that the TT
is hundreds of pounds lighter than an S4.  Hence, if you pulled 275HP
out of a TT, the power to weight ratio would be very favorable.  You are
also talking about two completely different cars.  The S4 is a sports
sedan; the TT is a sports car, hence the TT is likely to have a handling
edge.  On the other hand, a 385HP S4 will cost thousands of dollars less
than a 275HP TT.  The TT-S with a turbo V6 will no doubt be a hoot, but
it will probably cost twice what a fixed S4 would cost.  My two
cents....
