... here in the USA at least all of the throttle bodies from the early '80s
on have idle and WOT switches.  Vacuum advance can be found on the cars
other than the Motronic or "pseudo-motronic" [combined fuel & spark CIS]
systems that Audi built.  By this I'm pretty sure this covers all of the
non-turbo variants ... and perhaps some of the early '80s turbos ...

My experince ends with the late '80s to very early '90s cars, so things may
have changed since ...
