	i believe this is an email meme-virus.  note the lack of
	any reference to a house or congressional bill number.
	if you call your congressperson, they will not know what
	you're talking about, except in the context that they
	have been getting thousands of such calls on a bill
	that does not exist.

	just a reminder to carefully fact-check what you forward;
	look for actual referenced url's, original sender credibility, 
	and if all else fails check up on one of the sites that 
	track that sort of thing.  info:

	while i am not 100% certain that this long distance thing is
	a hoax, i did get the information that it is a hoax from the
	director of IS ehre at my company - a typical good resource.
