clearcoat cleanup: remove and renew...??

Hi!

So I'm still researching the possible cleanup of my 200's
paint job in the next few months. Don't want to do a
respray. Car has evidence of rear smash and trunk respray.
Cannot tell if car is clearcoat system from factory.
Rear end doesn't seem to be clear coat. Most of front
3/4 of car is factory paint, so I assume the process was
clear coated.

Now, I want to remove swirls, any oxidation and other
crud on the paint, including doing some touch ups to
stone chips and deeper scratches. Plenty of folks have
helped on the list, but I have some more questions...

I've just found something called Dura-Glo Clearcoat
Remover and Dura-Glo Clearcoat at the following url:

	http://www.jcwhitneyusa.com/products/12zx5537_b.htm

Can I use this to reapply clearcoat? I thought clearcoat
was sprayed on. Anyone know of this product? They
even list Teflon wax.

I am looking into using 3M products to buff and clean
with, but if this clearcoat remover and renewer is what
I think it is then I would most likely clean all the paint
or front 3/4 of car within and then do the renewing thing.
I just want some more info on this product and get the
list's opinion.

Thanks.

G.
