Speaking of which - what sort of gas mileage does one
tend to get from a (fully functional :)  '84 5000S non-t 
non-q automatic?
(I've been getting barely 19 mpg, with rather more
highway than town driving; I guess the lack of vaccuum advance
is at least part of an explanation for that...)
