I noticed that Eurospec sport had an ad in the last quattro quarterly
for these.  I also noticed that the ad didn't list their phone #.

I successfully superglued a single broken tab back on, but be very gentle
reinstalling it as the bond can easily break again.  Don't know if you'll
be successful with both broke, but trying is cheaper than $175.
