Researching: valve jobs, crank balancing...

Hi!

More research to feed my mind.

1. What are 3-angle valve jobs?
   I've looked up how to do cylinder head porting and
   polishing for when I clean up the head on the car.
   Would like to know how to go about doing these
   valve jobs.

2. How do they go about balancing cranks?
   A friend will be checking my crankshaft on the car
   when the work starts, he says he will balance it
   as well, but I'd like to know what people do
   when they balance the thing. Crank is being
   checked for bad main bearings and degree of wear.
