Current issue of EC (was: RE: New S4)

Some subscribers get their magazines a whole lot earlier than the
newsstands. Note 'some' - I still don't have my March issue, which is pretty
typical. Sometimes it takes up to 10 days or so between me reading about a
new issue from others and actually getting it...

I was just wondering, where is this issue of EC? I have checked at Barnes
and Noble and found the latest issue, the Feb 99 issue, and can find no
article about the S4. Please help.
