I use to have TSW Blades with 225/50/16 tires.  This combo just fits.
You can't even fit your pinkie finger between the tire and the
suspension parts (that's technical talk).  I myself have been looking
for 17' wheels and I've been told that a 225/45/17  will not fit and I
would have to use a 215/45/17.  Does anyone know if this is true?  Check
out  www.tirerack.com  at their site they have a interactive figment
guide and the 90 is in there, you can see many 16' wheels on the car,
but only three in the 17' size.  There are others that will fit like
Compomotive and Postert.
