Based on my recent experience with my Ur-Q, I suspect that the piston is in
the process of seizing, which may be related to gunged up guide pins, or
perhaps the e-brake release mechanism in and on the caliper.  Whichever, it
is going to need to be pulled apart to be checked.  The guide pins are a
good place to start because they are easily accessible.
