I'm not trying to argue, but look at it this way. If the WOT switch is bad,
car will make 1.1 - 1.2 bar. This is me cyperdiagnosing your problem. I
haven't driven the car, so I can't tell. The difference between 1.1 bar and
1.4 bar is around 35hp. If the car is only making 130 hp, it will feel real
slow. A bad WOT has the ability to do this. The reason most of us replace
the damn thing is it is easy, cheap, and usually bad. And bang for the buck
replacing a bad WOT is around $1.29 per 1 hp. Super good deal. TAP charges
$7.62 per hp ($495/65hp). The WOT is the first electrical place to look.

Again, I can only armchair...

It isn't that it is slow (it is tho'), it is that is reads low regardless...

If it makes 1.1 bar, it is making boost. It could make alot more...

I wonder if he adjusted it correctly...

Mine did the EXACT same thing when the head was bad. But is was an early
86, not the newer style. Anyone with BTDT's??

I don't think so. I think you need the correct model. They are super easy
to swap tho'. Find somebody with a known good head and swap. Hell, if you
were here you could swap mine. Just ask Avi. Avi, what did we swap today
at lunch? Let's see, one back seat, one MAC 11, one bypass valve, two
handshakes, etc, etc, etc...
