Bose speakers

I have had a rear speaker amp go...cracks, pops, whistles--scares the crap
out of you...and ordered a remanufactured replacement speaker and amp from
my local (Minneapolis) dealer for $79.  I think this is a pretty good deal
and was pleasantly surprised.  I checked it out 2 months ago and the only
option then was buying new at $200+.  The speaker is coming from Germany so
we shall see.  I investigated replacing the entire system but couldn't deal
with apparently having to rewire everything.
This is on a 91 200TQ
