I don't think the nth degree of musical accuracy is available in a
curiously shaped small steel box with several hundred different sources
of different and constantly variable magnitudes.
Dr. Porsche is (famously) supposed to have remarked that a sports car
can be defined as a vehicle in which it is pointless to fit a radio.
Personally, I regard faithful musical reproduction and cars as inherently
incompatible - my own persistent choice is and has been the Philips 994.
Now _that_ is a radio receiver. It also plays cassettes, although not
amazingly well. But I can get the BBC on 198kHz, Deutsche Welle on the
49 metre band ...
