I have a friend at an Audi dealer who went out to Michigan to demo all the
competetion's cars as well as the new Audi A6Q. He told me that one of the
demonstrations included operating the cars on a roller (frictionless?) table.
He said that the Volve XC is basically a front wheel drive car with 95% power
to the front. When driving, the changeover from front to rear  drive was very
abrupt, he said. On the roller table the changeover brought the rear of the
car off the ground!!!.
