Give me a context for this statement and perhaps I could tell you. Are you
saying that Audi generally doesn't respond to offers in a two day period of
time?

Your statement gave me a laugh. In my circle of friends and family, I _am_
that person. I'm famous for getting great deals on cars. I took $7,000. off
my Previa. Walked out w/ no down and immediate equity. I'm going in with
$7,000. down this time, and paying it off in four years.

Deal from there with the sales manager

He's involved. My sales rep was off Friday morning when I phoned. He took
my offer. My sales rep phoned me and asked a couple detail questions (about
my Previa), but I have yet to hear any other feed back

I'm doing a four year loan. I have a thing about owning cars. Leases are
too controlling.

Do how do you like your Audi after the Mercedes experience? I have owned
nothing but Volvos (I've also owned six Volvos). Needed room for car
pooling and traded my '93' 850 sedan in for a Toyota Previa. I thought I
was going to purchase a XC Volvo. Audi changed my mind.

Guess I have my father's curse - a love of new cars. Believe me, it wasn't
always possible for me to own one.
