Replacement Bosch 3 Wire O2 Sensor

P-O,

The Bosch 13913 is a low cost 3 wire O2 sensor, which seems to be a high
volume part.

You need to save the old wiring/connectors and splice them to the new O2
sensors. Pretty straight forward.

I used two of them to replace the two O2 sensors in a 1993 Audi 90 Q with
the 2.8liter V6. The car had a nasty lean condition/hesitation 1 min after
the car was first started and the O2 sensors came on line, i.e. closed loop
operation began. Using an oscilloscope to view the O2 sensors, I noticed
they both were responding very slowly, taking several seconds to respond to
changes in the exhaust gas and were causing the fuel injection to lean out
the mixture for far too long. I would not hesitate to use this 13913 O2
sensor in the Audi I5 Turbos.

I bought them for under $50 each from a supplier back east, can't remember
who. Beat the hell out of the customer spending 2 X $130 for the OEM part
with the wiring/connectors.

I later found out that Import Parts Specialists in Boise ID, has them for
less than $40 each, their phone number is 1-800-897-7278

They also list the replacement Bosch 1 wire 11051 O2 sensor for $25.
