Um, if you're talking about the tip seat, does that mean the stamped sheet
metal end that goes on the end of the injector? The thing that is so very
difficult to get the big injector seal over with your bare fingertips? By the
fifth one, you're ready to give up completely?
If that fell into the combustion cylinder, I'd be concerned. I'd try to get it
out through the spark plug hole with one of those little claw things. Do it
with the cylinder towards the top of the chamber to make it easier.
Is that the piece you mean?
