I just got Bosch H4 4x6s with city lights as O.E. 
Nah nah :)
The city lights are basically located just slightly up and left of an
imaginary diagonal line between the H4 bulb and the lower left corner,
looking at it from the front through the glass. (hope this makes sense)
I'll try to illustrate below. (done under fixed width font, 'O' is the
city light)
